Music Program

The Sprints (4PM)

The Sprints are a band of teenagers that live on the South Shore of Massachusetts. They are a four-piece with Matt Bartkus (Vocals, Guitar), Kyle Strauss (Guitar), Maggie Dineen (Bass, Vocals), and Kyle Tolini (Drums, Vocals). They formed over three years ago through the South Shore Conservatory. Recently The Sprints have rocked many small bars and venues around the South Shore including The C-Note and Maggy’s Lounge.

The band plays both originals and covers that are inspired by music from the 90’s, alternative rock, and indie artists. While not on stage the band is hard at work writing and composing more songs to be shared in the near future.

Follow them on Instagram @TheSprintsOfficial.

The Tokyo Tramps (6 PM)

Hailing from the Land of Rising Sun (Japan), TOKYO TRAMPS is a group of American roots music fanatics. The musical journey started when Satoru Nakagawa (guitar/vocal) left Japan to go to Louisiana searching for the spirit of Rock'n'Roll. Soon he found the key, Blues. Yukiko Fujii (bass/vocal) left a lucrative job in Tokyo and took a giant step following her heart to play American music. Then in 1999, TOKYO TRAMPS was born in Boston. Satoru took its name TRAMPS from his early idol, Bruce Springsteen's song, Born To Run - "Tramps like us, baby, we were born to run."..... Satoru says, “American music changed our lives. We are creating something very unique and exciting. We are making our dreams come true every time we play.” They are extensively performing in New England area and had released 7 original albums. The latest, "If I Die Tomorrow" is a unique mix of Jimi Hendrix guitar sound and New Orleans modern funk.
